  • How Do I Get To GingeFest?
    GingeFest is hosted at Cotswold Area Civil Service Sports Association. Getting Here The address for Gingeoween is CACSSA Tewkesbury Road, Cheltenham, GL51 9SL. By Car There are limited spaces in the CACSSA car park. We advise not to park in the cordoned areas as these will be used for the event. By Bus The 41, 42, 43, 43A, C and H bus services stop within walking distance to CACSSA and operate regularly. If you need to contact us please email info@gingefest.com
  • How Can I Purchase A Ticket?
    You can purchase tickets for our events by contacting a committee member, purchasing from the CACSSA bar or book online here.
  • Where Does The Fundraising Go?
    All the money that we fundraise is donated to Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court Hospice in Cheltenham to enable them to deliver specialist palliative care.
  • Can I Bring My Own Food And Drink?
    No, catering will be available for purchase at the GingeFest events.
  • Can I Become A Sponsor?
    Yes! We always welcome new sponsors; please send us an email and we will get back to you on how to become a sponsor. Alternatively, if you know a committee member, please contact them.
  • Are Pets Allowed At The Festival?
    No animals are allowed onto the Festival site; unless part of an exhibition or an assistance dog.
